Located in the City of Anna Maria on a desirable street, the Seagrass, a 3 bedroom/two bath home, is close to one of the best beaches and park on the Island, Bean Park. A family favorite, with a playground, picnic areas, beautiful white sugar sand beach, and a great view not only of the Skyway Bridge, but endless blue waters and Rod and Reel Pier and Anna Maria City Pier. Fishing on the piers is very exciting and a nice meal is right there for you to enjoy. Shopping is right down the road, and you can cool yourself off with some ice cream at Mama Lo. Sunsets are divine, with friendly birds frolicking the beach. The North End of the Island is a slice of Paradise in it self.

The Seagrass rental offers an open floor plan with plenty of room to enjoy company while cooking, watching T.V. or just having a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The open style porch is a cozy place to relax and listen to the solitude of the Island. Close your eyes and dream of days gone past while the breeze with the smell of ocean air fills your mind. A full service kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals, or heat up leftovers is the decision you will make on your vacation at Seagrass. Then you can choose from a cozy evening with a movie on the comfortable living room furniture, or a long walk on the beach. Night life is also around the corner, fishing on the pier or live music at Rotten Ralphs. Take a little drive into Holmes Beach and find yourself visiting the friendly bar atmosphere of the island. Sitting outside at Cafe on the Beach with Manatee Public Beach as your backdrop is very relaxing, have a beer and watch the sunset. When you make it back to Seagrass you can choose from two comfortable Queen size beds with clean linens and cozy comforters. If you have a surprise guest, don't send them off, they can use the overflow room located downstairs.
Other benefits of the island include the free trolly, the Island Players, Publix Supermarket, and so many different restaurants to choose from. It does not matter what time of day you want a meal, you can find anything from gourmet dinners to bagel breakfasts, and don't forget about Beach City for a great lunch. Day trips over the bridge to Bradenton can be an adventure, along with a ride over Longboat Key bridge into Sarasota. Both areas offer so many activities including the Ringling Museum of Art, Cars and Music of Yesterday and Today, Jungle Gardens, Selby Gardens in Sarasota, and Desoto Mall, Books a Million, Manatee Civic Center, and Red Barn Flea Market in Bradenton. With so much to do in our area, you will never be bored and always wanting to come back.
